This allows the virtual products, both from iPacky and Bundles, to be ungrouped in the order check.
It means that members of virtual products will be listed separately and not under the corresponding virtual products.
Especially useful when using the order check when picking, and that if using bin locations it will show all products on the order in the optimized picking path.
It also means that you don’t have to scan the members of virtual products in a certain order, and can completely scan a member quantity even when the quantity of the virtual product is more than 1 before moving to the next item.
This is an example of how it can look like.
If the order has virtual products, it will show the order line number in a gray round pill at the start of each order line. The virtual product members will also show this reference at the end of the product name in a gray round pill. This will indicate which virtual product the member belongs to. So it this example you can see that SKU’s 123231, 545461 and 353451 belongs to the virtual product Phone charger kit – White.
The quantity for these products is the total quantity for the 2 kits ordered.
The virtual product itself will always be marked as completely checked (green) to show that it does not need to be scanned.
Products that are not on the Shopify order itself are shown in bold. This indicates that the product line is either a virtual product member, or a product added as a result of order check rules.
Also note that there is a second line of SKU 123231 with the quantity of 20. This is not a virtual product member (not shown in bold), but is on the order itself.
If doing a partial fulfillment of a virtual product, you must manually set the checked quantity of the virtual product. It’s not possible to partially fulfill virtual product members. Meaning that in this case that if you partially fulfill Phone charger kit with the quantity of 1, 2×123231, 1×545461 and 1×353451 will be sent. The separate 123231 is not a part of the virtual product, and will be treated as a separate product.
The same order will look like this if not ungrouped:
