Only available when using Sendcloud. Must be turned on in Settings→Options→Print bulk shipping labels
This functionality can be used to make sure that you’re packing the right item for orders printed with Print bulk shipping labels.
iPacky will show you product info with product notes and bin location (if any). It will also show if there’s any order notes.
This can be done in several ways:
Match poduct with order
Here you will select the product that you want to pack, and by scanning the shipping label, iPacky will tell you if this is the product on the order for the shipping label. This does not guarantee that you actually will pick the correct item, but show you what you should pick. After this first match, it will wait for you to scan the next shipping label.
Shipping label lookup
Here, you scan the shipping label, and it will show you the product info on the matching order. This does not guarantee that you actually will pick the correct item, but show you what you should pick. It then waits for the next shipping label scan.
Shipping label and product lookup
Here, you scan the shipping label first, and it will show you the product info on the matching order. You will then scan the product barcode, and iPacky will tell you if everything is correct. This is the best and error free option.
