Print bulk shipping labels

Located on the main iPacky screen menu.

Only available when using Sendcloud. Must be turned on in Settings→Options→Check bulk shipping labels

If you have a big portion of orders that only contains one item of your hero products, this feature will save a lot of time!

Since the orders only have one item of a specific product, you really don’t need to check them, but just print out the shipping label, collect the product, put in the shipping box, and stick on the shipping label. Finished!

To minimize the risk of human packing mistakes, you can use the Check bulk shipping labels after printing.

You can either choose in the product history drop-down, or click on Select product. Type in the search filter. It will search on product name. The matches will be shown. Click on the + sign to expand the variants, and select the one you want. It will also remember the last 10 products you have selected, so you can quickly select them from the drop-down.

After selecting the product, click on Search.

It will now show all orders that match the following:

– In the order date range selected
– The chosen product is the only product on the order, with a quantity of 1
– The order is unfulfilled
– The order does not contain any of the exclude order tags

Please note that the list will show a maximum number of orders that is specified in Max orders.

The exclude tags is useful for excluding orders with any of these tags. For example, if they are not ready to send. The default exclude tags can be set in the Sendcloud connector settings. There you can also put order tags on orders that are bulk printing shipping labels.

You can also show all single item orders regardless of the selected product by checking All single item orders. Warning! This will show all single item orders regardless of the product, and you will not know which product the shipping label is for. You can however see the product for the order in the result, and select the same product labels, print them, and then make sure that you pack the correct item. Or you can use the Check bulk shipping labels after printing.

Select the orders you want to bulk print, or select all.

Tip: If you want to select a range of orders, and not all or individual, you can click on the checkbox for the first order in the range. Then Shift+click on the checkbox for the last order in the range.

By pressing Print, it will start printing the shipping labels, and customs documents if necessary. When starting to print, it will also set all the selected orders to checked. This is to ensure that nobody checks these orders while the print is going on. If any of the orders fail, it will remove the checked indicator for the failed orders, and it stays unfulfilled.

Line by line, it will show the status of the shipping label print and fulfillment. If ok, it will fulfill the order, and show “OK”. At this point, iPacky will also tag the order in Shopify with the checked tag, and the optional bulk printing tag.

If it fails, usually because of address errors, it will show the error message.

PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS SCREEN WHILE PRINTING! If you do, the operation will stop, but the orders will still be marked as checked.

After the process is complete, you can click on Remove completed, and only the ones with errors will be left. If you spot the address error, this can be edited in the order preview (the eye icon), and you can try again. This address editing will also be written back to the order in Shopify.

If you are printing out for multiple products, take action to make sure that you know which product the labels are for. Otherwise, you will send out the wrong products.
