iPacky Dashboard→Reports→Stock inventory to Excel

Only available if the logged in user has Operator role or higher.

This makes it possible to export all your products with inventory count and prices to Excel. Using this Excel file, you can create your own calculated columns, such as inventory cost value or sales value.

When entering this screen, there is a Load products button. By clicking on this, iPacky will load all products from Shopify, and save it into an Excel file.

You can also select to include inactive products (the ones set as Draft in Shopify). Products that are non-physical will be shown with a blank On hand and Available stock count. Only products that have inventory in the selected Shopify location in iPacky will be shown, and it’s the stock count for the selected Shopify location in iPacky that will be shown.

Please note that this can several minutes. Avoid leaving this screen while the products are loaded from Shopify.

Depending on the browser settings, the download might occur automatically. If you don’t see any file downloaded after the process has finished, please look where you normally see downloaded files.
