In addition to reports and analytics, the following is also set up in the Dashboard:
Reports/Supervising
Since iPacky is collecting packing data on each order and packer, this can be shown in different reports.
You can:
- View detailed packing performance data by day, week, or month, including summaries
- Packing performance report
- Register work tasks for improved reporting
- Drill down on individual packers to see their performance in a period and compare it to others
- View packing details on a single order. This will enable you to see who packed it, start/finish times, packing duration, and any deviations on scanning such as wrong scans or manual edits of scans. This is also very useful when it comes to handling customer complaints on orders, as the order check is time stamped. This means it can also be used to find footage of the actual packing if you have video surveillance
Current packing status
In the Dashboard, you can see current outstanding orders, the number of packed orders, and how many are left to be packed. In addition, you’ll find statistics on average packing time, lead time, order packing frequency, estimated time left to pack, and other key data.
There is also a full-screen view that can be put on a monitor in the warehouse for the packers to see some key packing data. This will enable them to see how they are doing in regard to the current workload.
