Start packing like a pro
2-round validation reduces human error by adding an extra layer of checking. It can also help make your workflow more efficient by splitting the packing procedure into two processes, picking (collecting) and packing (validating).
Scenario 1
One person checks the order in iPacky, and then another person checks the order in iPacky again to make absolutely sure there are no mistakes. It’s also possible for the same person to make the second check.
Scenario 2
One person picks all the necessary items for the order and scans them in iPacky on a mobile device. This doesn’t require a picklist as all the necessary information is on the iPacky screen. After that, the contents of this order are left at a packing station. Then a packer (validator) can check all the items in iPacky and pack them ready for shipping. This can make the packing process faster and more efficient.
