Save and resume
When checking an order in iPacky you can save the current status of the scans. This means that you can leave this order, and when opening it again it will continue from where you left off. Very useful when resolving packing issues, connection issues, or when the packing needs to be done in several stages.
Hide Shopify Dashboard
By running iPacky from the iPacky Dashboard you get some really useful benefits:
- No access to the Shopify Dashboard. Many merchants do not want their packing staff to see the Shopify Dashboard with statistics of their sales/business. Or they want to prevent them from making mistakes there. iPacky will be run with no access to the Shopify Dashboard.
- Better usage of the available screen size. No space is wasted to the Shopify Dashboard frame.
- Avoid issues with the browser blocking the third-party cookies. This is especially an issue on Safari browsers.
Full screen status
In the iPacky Dashboard the current status of the packing can be shown in full screen with big text.
Many merchants put a monitor on the wall in the warehouse so the packers can see information on the packing process. Like how many open orders are left, how many have been packed, average packing time per order and orders packed per hour.
This is very useful information for the packers, and also motivates them to do even better.
Personalize
People really like to put a personal touch to their working environment.
In iPacky they can upload their own sounds for barcode scanning, successful order check and warnings/error. This seems very trivial, but it will brighten up their working day when they can for example use a sound from their favorite movie or song.
Also they can adjust some of the display settings of the order check view.

Print from any device
Using PrintNode you can print from any device such as Android/IOS. This makes it possible to print packing slips and shipping labels (if using shipping connectors) from your mobile device.
