General settings

Orders are fulfilled before iPacky– enable this if you fulfill orders before using iPacky. For example, if you print out shipping labels, and this action fulfills the order.
Prefix on order scan – this will be read from Shopify on installation. Usually, it is a # or can be found empty. This will be added to all scans of order numbers so you don’t have to type in the ‘#’ prefix.
Scan address label to complete check. This checks if the address label is correct for each order.

These customizations can be changed for each user.

Show product photo – this shows a photo of the product on each order line.
Hide completed lines – this will hide an order line after it has been completed.
Font size magnify in order lines – magnify the text size on each order line to make it more visible.
Sounds – set the sound played for success, wrong scans and barcode scan. Very useful for audio feedback. You can also upload your own MP3 sounds with a max file size of 100kb.

Fulfill order after successful scan – this makes iPacky fulfill the order after a successful check so you don’t have to go back into Shopify admin to fulfill the order.
Add tracking info – this makes it possible to scan the tracking # of the shipping label and save it with the fulfillment.
List of order tags to show – list of order tags to show in scan screen, print picking lists, view order, etc.
Validate orders – enables 2-round validation with one person picking the items, and another one packing the items.
Tags for incomplete orders – if set, a button for incomplete orders will appear on the scan screen, allowing pickers to return to an order later. This is useful if the order cannot be completed in one go.
Order tags for new customers– iPacky tags orders when they come from new customers. This will happen when orders are placed.
Show order timeline comments – internal order timeline comments will be shown on the iPacky screen
